Our Outpatient (Level 1), Intensive Outpatient (Level 2.1) and Partial Hospitalization (Level 2.5) services includes a range of interventions that includes counseling, group therapy, relapse prevention services, family counseling, and service. Clients have access to meals, case management and other resources. SFW also provides DUI/DWI 12 hour or 23 week classes.

Our ASAM 3.1 Low Intensity Housing services are directed toward applying recovery skills, preventing relapse, improving emotional functioning, promoting personal responsibility, and reintegrating the individual in the worlds of work, education, and family life. Clients are provided room and board with 5 hours of clinical treatment.
Supported Employment services include a variety of supports to help an individual identify career and employment interest, as well as to find and keep a job. Supported Employment activities include:
• Individualized job development and placement.
• On-the-job training in work and work-related skills

Shedrick Family Wellness' Health Home Program is designed to coordinate medical, behavioral health and long-term services and supports, and other social services for eligible clients. To receive health home benefits, eligible clients must agree to participate in the Health Home Program and currently receive PRP/IOP services within the organization.
